Materials Needed

• Bingo Cards and Caller Numbers
• Marker Pen or Counters

How to Play

1. Distribute the Bingo Cards to all players (up to 4) and provide them with markers or counters.

Alternatively, use the Blank Bingo Cards to make your own, or Bingo Card Addition up to 10.

2. The game caller will then draw number cards (how you do this is your choice) and read out the number to the players.

3. Players must find the number on their card or solve the equation and use the counters or marker pen to mark off the correct answers on their Bingo Cards.

4. The first player to get a full house (all numbers) or a row of correct answers (horizontally, vertically, or diagonally) shouts “Bingo” to win the game. You choose which one to do depending on your child’s attention span.

Game Variations

• Use the Blank Bingo Cards to create your addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication cards. Try bonds of 10 or doubles for young learners. Or use the pre-made Addition up to 10.
• Hide the call-out cards around the garden or home and encourage the children to hunt for them. The player to find a call-out number reads it to the other children, and everyone marks it off their sheet (if they have it on there).
• Put on some music and dance the game away. Once the music stops take turns to pick up a card and read it out. Let the children check their Bingo cards.
